1. Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

2. This is the eighth application for grant of bail.

3. Petitioner prays for bail on the ground of delay of trial and the period of custody. Petitioner also claims that, father's name of the petitioner does not match. Trial is in progress.

4. Out of 16 prosecution witnesses, 10 were already examined.

5. We find from the records that the coordinate Bench by an order dated March 12, 2024 passed in CRM(DB) 693 of 2024 found the defence not to cooperate at the trial and not to cross-examine the witnesses.

6. Petitioner stands implicated in the murder.

7. Considering the facts as noted above, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
