1. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either.

2. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for a direction upon the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to participate in the interview, which was scheduled to be held on November 10, 2007. By an order dated November 5, 2007, a Co-ordinate Bench allowed the petitioner to participate in the said interview. Due to passage of time, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of.

4. There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
