Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his information to the Inspector-in-Charge, Bagnan Police Station dated 29.09.2024 was not acted upon.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report which reflects that Bagnan Police Station Case No. 614/2024 dated 06.11.2024 has been registered for investigation.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 5 and 6 disputes and denies the contentions advanced in the writ petition.

Be that as it may, as the preliminary grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by the State, I direct that the investigating agency will take the investigation of the case so registered to its

logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 26408 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
