Perused the case record.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner assaulted the victim and hit the victim on the head with a stone. The injury report shows that two teeth were broken and there was a lacerated injury on the scalp requiring three stitches. 4.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not find this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. 6.

CRM(A) 3861 of 2025 is dismissed.
