The petitioner seeks a direction upon the police authority to implement the order of ad interim injunction granted by the learned Trial Court.

On prayer of the petitioner, liberty is granted to approach the learned Trial Court for redressal of his grievance.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
