The petitioner also complaints that notwithstanding having made a complain before the respondent no. 2 no steps have been taken by the respondent no. 2.
The State-respondents are represented.
It is submitted by the Advocate appearing on behalf of the State that they have no objection if the appropriate directions are given on the respondent no. 2 for disposal of the complaint made by the petitioner.
The respondents no. 6, 7 and 8 are represented and submits that there has been no obstruction and/or construction caused on the plot of land of the petitioner. In view of the above submissions made by the parties I am of the view that WPA No. 27033 of 2017 be
disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the complaint made by the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from date after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties including the respondents no. 6, 7 and 8.
It is made clear that nothing should be construed as being an adjudication on the merits of the case in so far as the complaints of the petitioner is concerned and the respondent no. 2 is to act in accordance with law. With the above observations and directions WPA No. 27033 of 2017 is disposed of.
There shall be, however, no order as to costs. (Ravi Krishan Kapur,J)
