Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the private respondents encroached upon the public road in front of the petitioners' property thereby causing obstruction to their egress and ingress.

The petitioners filed an application before the respondent no.3 on 22nd April, 2017 praying for removal of such obstruction. Said application is yet to be considered.

Having heard the learned counsels for the parties and considering the material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioners on 22nd April, 2017 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 27036 of 2017 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to be not admitted.
