In the matter of : An application under Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The present revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 27th April, 2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Jhargram, Paschim Midnapore in connection with M. R. Case No. 73 of 2011. Records reflect that the orders so passed was of interim maintenance and the quantum so awarded was Rs.1000/-.

Having regard to the fact that the subject-matter relate to interim maintenance which was passed during the pendency of the final disposal of the proceedings and the quantum of maintenance was of meager amount, I am of the view that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3442 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
