In the matter of : An application under Sections 397/401 and 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The present revisional application has been preferred for quashing of the proceeding relating to Kulpi Police Station Case No. 202 of 2011 under Sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G. R. Case No. 1271 of 2011 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Diamond Harbour, 24 Paraganas(South). Record of the case reflects that the petitioner approached this court immediately after the charge-sheet was filed by the Investigating Officer before the jurisdictional court. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner restricted his contentions to the FIR and charge-sheet and no

document under 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been relied upon, I am of the view that the petitioner approached this court at a premature stage which do not call for any interference by this court.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3444 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
