Petitioner alleges that in spite of order passed by the civil court in T.S. 762/2023 and an ad interim order of injunction being passed in T.S. 611/2023, there is dispute and difference still continuing between the petitioner and the private respondent.

Report has been submitted earlier by the State. In view of the fact that the civil court is already in seisin of the matter, I direct that in case civil court passes necessary directions upon the police authorities under the relevant provisions of law for rendering police assistance, the police authorities should respect, obey and implement such order.

In the meantime, since the dispute persists between the petitioner and the private respondent, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward

incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 25173 of 2023 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
