In the matter of : An application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the entire proceeding relating to Misc. Case No.100 of 2012 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Durgapur under Sections 18,19,20 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Record of this revisional application reflects that the same is yet to be admitted.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner approached this court immediately on receipt of the summons, I am of the view that the same is premature. Further no information has been furnished to this court regarding the present stage of the proceedings before the learned Judicial Magistrate, as to whether the same is pending or has been concluded.

As such, no interference is called for at this belated stage. Accordingly, the present revisional application is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
