Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 20th January, 2025 is taken on record.

In spite of repeated service of notice upon the authority of Sihar Girls' High School, Bankura being respondent nos. 5 & 6, school authority is not represented.

Matter relates to transfer of the petitioner on medical ground. An application was made on Utsashree portal on 16th September, 2022.

The learned advocate representing the State respondents submits on instruction that authority of Sihar Girls' High School is not giving No Objection as a result whereof steps could not be taken by the District

Inspector of Schools (SE), Bankura being respondent no.4.

Since application for transfer has been made on medical ground Head of the institution of Sihar Girls' High School being respondent no.5 is directed to forward the transfer application of the petitioner along with No Objection to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Bankura being respondent no.4 by fortnight from the date of communication of this order.

On receipt of transfer application respondent no.4 shall obtain medical report from concerned Chief Medical Officer of Health by three weeks thereafter on medical verification of the petitioner.

If medical report justifies transfer of the petitioner, transfer application along with medical report shall be forwarded by the respondent no.4 to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission by seven days thereafter.

In the event transfer application along with medical report are received by the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being respondent no.3 same shall be decided by four weeks thereafter and the decision to be taken by respondent no.3 shall be communicated to the petitioner by seven days thereafter.

It is made clear that transfer application of the

petitioner shall not be rejected on the ground of suspension of Utsashree portal.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
