Petitioner complains that on the basis of 19.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.39 Rakib information so furnished, police authorities registered a case being Behala Police Station case no. 241/2023 dated 11.08.2023 and on conclusion of investigation chargesheet has also been submitted before the Jurisdictional Court. Petitioner is also aggrieved that there were certain anomalies in the charge-sheet so submitted.

Mr. Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

Having considered that there is right under the law of the de-facto complainant to prefer an application for further investigation. In case the petitioner is aggrieved, petitioner would approach the Jurisdictional Court, already in seisin of the issue for further investigation and/or any other reliefs.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 25180 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
