Such prayer is refused since on 18th February, 2025 similar prayer was made on behalf of the petitioner and same was allowed thereby direction was given that matter to appear in the Monthly Combined List of March, 2025 for further consideration.

On perusal of the writ petition, it appears that petitioner has prayed for transfer from his present school to another school.

However, learned advocates representing the respondents submit that petitioner was appointed in present school on being selected

after participating in 1st State Level Selection Test (AT), 2016 for Classes IX and X. It is submitted that entire recruitment process relating to 1st SLST, 2016 for Classes IX, X, XI and XII has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no order need be passed at present in the writ petition and same is dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future, if situation so arises.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
