1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. The prosecution case is that the de-facto complainant was asked to come to a place with some money for investment. As he came with a lesser amount, he was threatened and assaulted at gun point and the money was taken away.

4. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
