Mr. Alok Kumar Ghosh, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that in the present revisional application his client has challenged the order of the Municipal Assessment Tribunal reducing the annual valuation of the relevant property assessed by the Hearing Officer but during the pendency of the present revisional application the assessee, opposite party herein, has expressed his willingness to accept the assessment of the said annual valuation by the Hearing Officer and in view of such development, his client is not willing to press this revisional application.

Accordingly, CO 4208 of 2018 is dismissed as not pressed without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the party subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
