In the matter of : An application under Sections 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The present revisional application has been preferred against the orders dated 17.09.2012 and 19.09.2012 passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge, South 24 Parganas at Alipore in criminal Appeal No. 62 of 2011. Record of the revisional application reflects that although the revisional application is pending before the High Court since 2012 but till date the same has not been admitted. The impugned orders dated 17.09.2012 and 19.09.2012 which have been challenged also do not suffer from any illegality as the same were general orders passed by the learned Sessions Judge in course of the appeal being heard. Taking into account the time period which has elapsed and the revisional application pending for about 9

years before this court, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this belated stage by this court. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3466 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
