The instant application is filed under Sections 397, 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the Order dated 6.07.2012 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia whereby he took cognizance of the alleged offences in C.R. Case No. 184 of 2012 under Sections 420, 423 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the application itself along with the annexures, it appears that although written documents were executed between the parties in connection with lease of immovable property, prima facie, it does not appear that the allegations are fantastic or baseless or impermissible. Cognizance was taken on perusal of materials on record. Therefore, the impugned Order dated 06.07.2012 does not demand any interference.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed on merit.
