The present criminal revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding culminating from an charge sheet No. 122 of 2022 dated 30.6.2022 in connection with GR No. of under Sections 448/323/325/354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code,1860 arising out of an FIR vide Dhaniakhali Police Station Case No. 117 of 2022 dated 14.6.2022 under section 448/323/325/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code,1860.

Considering that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the present revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisonal application being CRR 4297 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
