1. This matter has come up at the instance of the appellants for correction of judgment dated 23rd August, 2024, wherein, name of Mr. Sutanu Kr. Patra, learned advocate appearing for the appellants has been wrongly recorded as "Mr. Sanyal" instead of "Mr. Patra". Such mistakes being apparent and ministerial in nature, Office is directed to correct such mistakes as pointed out wherever necessary and to issue certified copy accordingly. The other portion of the order shall remain the same.

2. Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated 23rd August, 2024.
