Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the issue involved in this revisional application has already been amicably settled between the parties. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party also conceded the issue of settlement but no instruction regarding withdrawal of the case has been received by him. 3.

However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the complaint case, being CS No.47261 of 2022, pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta was withdrawn at the instance of the de facto complainant and accordingly the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous. 5.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Connected application, if any, also stands dismissed. 7.

Department is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the learned Trial Court forthwith.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 9.

Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
