1. The petitioners seek expeditious disposal of an application filed under Section of The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short, the said Act) on 26.09.2023. Though it is statutorily mandated to dispose of such application within thirty days from the date of filing of the application, the respondent no. 2 has not yet been able to dispose of such application, in spite of representations/ requests for expeditious disposal made on 11.08.2025 and 27.08.2025 by the petitioners. The application is still pending.

2. The respondent no. 2 is directed to complete the verification of the requisite documents and dispose of the matter by 20.12.2025 and shall communicate its decision to the petitioners within a week thereafter.

3. With the afore-stated, WPA 26011 of 2025 is disposed of. No order as to costs.

4. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order, be given to the parties, if applied for.
