The present criminal revision has been preferred against the order and judgment dated 28.11.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, in C. Case No. 2004 of 2015.

There is no representation on behalf of either side. The criminal revision has not been moved till date. Accordingly, the present criminal revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The rvisional application being CRR 4300 of 2022 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
