1. Petitioners pray for bail.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, petitioners are in custody in excess of one year five months. He submits that, one co-accused is on bail.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that, the proceeding before the Jurisdictional Court got stalled due to an order passed at the invitation of the petitioners, by the revisional Court.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the crime alleged as against them, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
