Petitioner has approached this Court at a stage when he was dissatisfied regarding the police authorities not taking steps in respect of the information which was furnished with Park Street Police Station. During the pendency of the writ petition it has been submitted that Park Street PS Case no. 203/24 dated 12.11.2024 was registered for investigation.

As none appears on behalf of the State Mr.

Dipanjan Dutta, learned advocate who ordinarily appear for the State is directed to represent the State with a junior of his choice. Their appointments may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Mr. Gupta, learned advocate for the respondent nos. 5 to 9 is present.

The grievance of the petitioner is that huge amount of money was stolen from the house of the petitioner.

In view of the police authorities investigating the case, efforts be taken by the police authorities and unearth the truth within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations WPA 26338 of 2024 along with CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
