Ghosh ...for the respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5 Petitioner no.1 has some grievance with regard to online admission of B.Ed. students for the academic year 2022-2024. It has been submitted that every year online admission is made in three phases, but for this academic year, the University allowed admission only for one time. It is the submission of petitioner no.1 that like the previous year, the University should allow the petitioner no.1 to admit students in three phases in this year also.

Mr. Roy, learned counsel representing West Bengal University of Teachers' Training Education Planning and Administration, on the other hand

submits 97% students' strength has already been filled up by the different colleges in the State. Be that as it may, the grievance of the petitioner no.1 should be redressed by the University. The petitioner is given liberty to make a representation before the Registrar, West Bengal University of Teachers'

Training Education Planning and Administration within a period of 10 days from date. Such representation may be considered by the said authority within a period of 2 weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. A reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioners within a period of one week thereafter.

Accordingly, WPA 25987 of 2022 is disposed of.
