The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition praying for a direction upon the respondents not to disturb and/or dispossess the petitioner from the leasehold pond.

The petitioner has not annexed any document in support of his ownership of the pond in question. In view of the above, the reliefs sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

Dismissal of the writ petitioner will, however, not stand in the way of the petitioner from approaching the competent forum for relief, is so advised.
