We have considered the materials on record. Victim housewife was brutally assaulted at the matrimonial home. As a result, she suffered a number of fatal injuries and died. Involvement of the petitioners transpire from the materials on
record. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
