Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Despite service, no one appears on behalf of the private respondents.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the owner of the land in question. The private respondents have been disturbing the peaceful possession of the enjoyment of such land by the petitioner. They have even tortured the petitioner in several ways. They have been stopped the petitioner's minor child from going to school. The petitioner approached the Civil Court who passed an order of status quo. In violation of the same, the private respondents are taking away the soil of the said land.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that police are keeping a close watch on the developments on the locality.

It appears that there is a civil suit pending between the private parties. If any of the private parties wants to

establish any further right in respect of the same, it has to be before the learned Civil Court.

However, there are allegations leveled by the petitioner of violation of the Civil Court's order by the private respondents and of harassment and intimidation to the petitioner and his family members.

The police authorities shall keep a sharp vigil at the locale, ensure that no breach of peace takes place and see to it no order of Civil Court is violated.

With these observations, WPA 25200 of 2023 is disposed of.
