The writ petitioners complain that the private respondents are disturbing possession of their land. The private respondents, in turn, allege that the petitioners are in fact encroaching upon their land. 2.

Admittedly, there is no connection between the land of the petitioners and that of the private respondents.

In the event of any further grievance between the petitioners and the private respondents against one and another, they may take out appropriate civil proceedings.

The Police have taken out proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C.

Report has also been submitted to the Executive Magistrate in respect of such proceeding.

Ranibandh Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

7.

Report of the Police is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
