Earlier this revisional application was called on 23.11.2023 when none appeared for the petitioner. Today also when the revisional application has been called, none represents the petitioner.

I find that the revisional application has been preferred challenging the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur in connection with a proceeding under the relevant provisions of the PWDV Act. The petitioner would be at liberty to exhaust his remedy under Section 29 of the PWDV Act before the learned Sessions Judge and thereafter approach this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4287 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
