It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's brother has safely returned back home. Counsel for the petitioner has also appreciated the role of the CID, West Bengal in tracing out his brother.

This Court also records appreciation for the efforts put in by the CID, West Bengal to trace out the missing brother of the petitioner.

This Court has perused the report of the CID, West Bengal as noted at paragraph no. 8 thereof that the petitioner's brother returned to his house on 10.12.2025. The report of the CID, West Bengal has been opened and considered by this Court.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant matter.

Hence, WPA (H) 89 of 2025 shall stand disposed of. 6.

There shall be no order as to costs.
