Petitioner submits she has been falsely implicated. The child had gone missing from the residence of coaccused Pinki Gupta. Petitioner is in no way involved in the child trafficking racket. She prays for bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of witnesses show petitioner had facilitated the sale of the minor to a childless couple for valuable consideration. She had indulged in similar activity before. 4.

Under such circumstances and in view of the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
