Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioners participated in the 2nd SLST. 3.
Submission is that due to inadvertent error the petitioners did not circle and shade the booklet series in the OMR sheet though the booklet series was mentioned by them.

The petitioners refer to the instruction given to the invigilator wherein it has been mentioned that it was the duty of the invigilator to check that the candidates filled up all the items correctly otherwise the OMR sheet cannot be evaluated by the system.

It has been submitted that a representation from the petitioners seeking evaluation of their answer script is pending consideration before the Commission. 6.
Prayer has been made to direct the Commission to consider the same sympathetically.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Commission submits that the result of the written examination has already been declared and at such a delayed point of time there is no scope to evaluate the answer script of the petitioners.

On a perusal of the documents placed before the Court it appears that the OMR sheet clearly mentions regarding shading and circling of the booklet series. The same has not been done. At such delayed point of time, after declaration of result, the prayer made by the petitioners for evaluation of their answer script cannot be allowed.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
10. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
