Perused the case record.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, including the statements of a neighbor present at page 8 of the case diary and of a relative present at page 9 of the case diary and the statement of the victim made before the Magistrate, I do not find that this is a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. 5.

CRM(A) 3869 of 2025 is dismissed.
