Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondent submits that the writ petition has been affirmed on 16.10.2023 seeking implementation of an order dated 22.02.2023 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Contai in Misc. Case No. 148 of 2023. However, the proceeding was subsequently dropped on 06.03.2023 and suppressing such fact the writ petition was filed for having an earlier order implemented.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not like to press this application.

On his prayer, the writ petition is dismissed as not

pressed.
