Although by order dated 23rd February, 2026, this Court had directed the HMC to carry out inspection at holding No. 539 and 539/1 G.T.

Road, ward No. 29, Borough IV, Howrah-711101 and take a decision there on as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the date of communication of this order in the operative portion of the order at paragraph No. 3 at line Nos. 2 and 9, the holding numbers are wrongly recorded as "529" in place of "539".

Let the holding number be recorded as "539" in place of "529".

Department is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections.

Other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
