The petitioner claims that the private respondent is obstructing her from enjoying a property purchased from her mother-in-law and sister-in-law.

The private respondent is represented. She submits that while she has lodged a suit for preemption, the property-in-question has not been demarcated. 3.

The petitioner as well as the private respondent have interest in the land.

The parties may approach before a Civil Court for appropriate demarcation of their respective shares and the area purchased by the writ petitioner from her mother-in-law and sister-in-law as indicated hereinabove.

Arambagh Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
