Present petition has been filed for quashing of the proceedings in complaint case no. 734 of 2024 pending before the learned 10th Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the summons issued to the petitioner as wrongly served to the address where the petitioner is not residing. 3.

Let the petitioner appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate and putting in appearance in accordance with law. However, learned Judicial Magistrate shall not issue any coercive process till the application of the petitioner for putting in appearance.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of. 5.
