DL-13 19.09.2023 Court No.5 (AD) This writ petition is directed against an order dated November 18, 2022 passed by the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal in O.A. No.-3297 of 2022 (LRTT).

We passed an order today in relation to another order of the Tribunal dated July 21, 2023 in respect of M.A.496 of 2023 and M.A. 584 of 2023 in O.A. 3474 of 2022. O.A. 3474 of 2022 was also considered by the impugned order. The present writ petition is disposed of in light of our pronouncement in WPLRT 107 of 2023.

The Tribunal is requested to adhere the direction issued in WPLRT 107 of 2023.

WPLRT 169 of 2022 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
