Failing a dispute cropped up between the landlord and tenant. The tenant concerned approach the Corporation with an allegation that landlord has stopped supply of water to the premises occupied by the tenant. The dispute cropped up in the year, 2009.

I am of the view that the passage of time the writ petition has become infractuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 20697 of 2009 is dismissed as infractuous.

Interim order if any, stands vacated.

No order as to costs.
