The petitioner is working as a Para Teacher at Naihati Adarsha Vidyaniketan Boys High School. The petitioner is required to collect data regarding the educational progress of the children up to the age of 18 years in a block. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has no Android mobile phone but the authority has directed to upload the collected data in the relevant portal through Android mobile phone. This Court, on the last date directed the authorities to consider as to whether the collected data can be uploaded in the portal by any mode other than the Android mobile phone. Ms. Sanghamitra Nandi, learned counsel for the State files the report of the State Project Director, Paschim Banga Sarba Shiksha Mission bearing Memo No. 196/CM & AS/52/2/PBSSM

(Part File-2)/2022-23 dated January 13, 2023, let it be kept with the record.

It appears from the said report that the Government in the Banglar Shiksha Child Register Portal has already created a website and has made it available for uploading the collected data.

The inconvenience complained of is taken care of, as such no further order need be passed in the matter.

WPA 26004 of 2022 is disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
