In this case, the petitioner seeks that his representation dated September 25, be considered by the Secretary Regional Transport Authority, Purba Bardhaman.

His representation as above is with regard to his prayer for extension of the time limit of the offer letter earlier granted to him on March 15, 2024. 3.

It appears from record that the time period of the offer letter was valid till the extended period up to September 15, 2024.

The Court does not find there any further scope for extension of the validity period of the offer letter in accordance with law.

Hence, it is found proper to dispose of the present writ petition by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application along with the applicable fees for grant of permit before the concerned respondent no. 4, which shall consider his application in accordance with law and along with other similar applications, whenever taken up by the Board.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents including the private respondents. 7.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition being WPA 26833 of 2024 is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.
