We are inclined to allow the application for condonation of delay.

In Re: IA No. CAN 1 of 2020 This is an application for restoration of the writ petition dismissed on 12th March, 2020.

This court is satisfied with the cause shown for not being able to present on 12th March, 2020 when the writ petition was dismissed for default.

Under such circumstances, this writ petition is restored to its original file and number.
