Report submitted that Assistant Commissioner of 11.08.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.1 Rakib Police, Cyber Crime Detective Department, Lalbazar, Kolkata be kept with the record.

Pursuant to the earlier direction steps have been taken and the report reflects that on 01.08.2025 the defacto complainant was personally present before the present investigating officer and was examined. On 01.08.2025 again a formal notice under Section 91 of the Cr.P.C. was served upon the State Bank of India for comprehensive bank statements for the two accounts. Requisitions have been sent on 08.08.2025 to the SBI for providing the beneficiary account numbers, account opening form along with KYC documents and transaction IPs of the beneficiaries.

Prima facie grievance of the petitioner for delay in the investigation at this stage seems to be justified. In view of the passage of time which has passed since the information was furnished and the case was registered on or about 19.05.2021, I direct the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Cyber Crime, Detective

Department, Lalbazar, Kolkata to monitor the investigation of the case and submit a regular progress report at least once in 15 days before learned A.C.J.M., Alipore in seisin of the present criminal case being Regent Park Police Station case no. 92/21 dated 19.05.2021. With the aforesaid observations WPA 26007 of 2022 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
