The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit No.10 of 2023 along with Misc. Case No.507 of 2023. The proceedings are pending before the learned Additional Judge, Fast Track, 6th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas. 2.
The prayer of the petitioner is innocuous. Neither party stands to lose if a proceeding is disposed of expeditiously. In fact, such expeditious disposal shall enure to the benefit of the parties. Hence, there is no requirement for service of prior notice upon the opposite party.

This revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional Judge, Fast Track, 6th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas to decide the Misc. case upon giving adequate opportunities to the parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of
communication of this order. In the event the maintenance is awarded and the husband pays the same, the suit shall proceed and be disposed of within a year from disposal of the Misc. case. If there is any default, the suit shall be stayed. 4.
The court may proceed simultaneously with both proceedings. This court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the application. The learned court shall proceed independently and in accordance with law.

A copy of the revisional application along with a server copy of this order be served upon the opposite parties and/or the learned advocate contesting the matter on behalf of the opposite party in the learned court below, within a week. 6.
Affidavit-of-service to be filed before the Court below.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
