1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. It is the prosecution case that the driver of a Container took the vehicle and absconded. The vehicle was subsequently found from a place, but the articles loaded in the container were not found.

4. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
