The petitioner being unsuccessful in the said selection process has filed the instant writ petition in October, 2023 alleging that illegalities took place at the time of selection. Learned advocate representing the Cooperative Society submits, upon instruction that, the selection process stood concluded in the year 2017. The panel in question expired in the year 2018. No representation was ever submitted by the petitioner alleging or highlighting illegalities in the process of selection. In the year 2023 the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition.

It appears that the persons who have been selected for the job have not been impleaded as parties in the instant writ petition. No explanation has been put forth for the delay in approaching Court for relief. The panel in question expired in the year 2018. At such a belated stage, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
