The writ petitioner is represented though not any of the respondents.

Considering the absence of the respondent authorities, this matter is taken up for hearing and disposal in absence of them.

An innocuous prayer has been made by Mr. Rejaul Islam, learned counsel representing the writ petitioner, that the petitioner's letter dated July 27, 2019, which is still pending for consideration of the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Paschim Medinipur, be decided at the earliest. 4.

The crux of the dispute involved in the present writ petition is with regard to not granting of the revised pay scale to the writ petitioner pursuant to his improved qualification.

According to the writ petitioner, he obtained M.Sc. degree in 2015, before enrolling into the course. He obtained the permission of the Managing Committee of the School, before pursuing the course. However, in spite of improvement in his qualification, he has not yet been allowed enhanced pay scale, in terms of the service regulations.

The writ petitioner have expressed, in the letter dated July 27, 2019, the grievance as above and has prayed for adequate relief.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is being disposed of with the direction upon the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Paschim Medinipur, to consider and dispose of petitioner's prayer vide his letter dated July 27, 2019 by dint a reasoned order. 8.

In doing so, the said respondent authorities shall grant opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner and consider the relevant documents relied on by the writ petitioner.

The order of the concerned respondent authority may be communicated to the writ petitioner within a period of one week from its date.

10. The entire exercise as above shall be concluded by the concerned respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of copy of this order to the office of the concerned respondent.

11. Since no affidavits are called for, allegations made in the writ petition, are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.

12. This writ petition being WPA 23652 of 2019 is disposed of, along with the connected pending applications, if any.
