1. The petitioner seeks an enlargement of time to enable him to make payment of an amount slightly in excess of Rs.42 lakhs, due and payable by him to the respondent-Bank. The petitioner also seeks stay of the order of 17.01.2025 passed by the respondent no. 2.

2. Since this is an action under The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short, the said Act) and proceedings there-under had been initiated by the Bank and especially, one under Section 14 of the said Act, I am not inclined to entertain the writ-petition as the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy available by way of an application before the concerned Tribunal.

3. In view thereof, WPA 26222 of 2025 is dismissed. No order as to costs.

4. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order, be given to the parties, if applied for.
